Triple Wild Rice with Black beans and Wild Herbs

 1 ½ cups wild rice mix
 3 cups water
 5 spring onion
 1 can black beans
 1 tbsp extra virgin avocado oil
 pinch of sea salt flakes
 wild thyme l
 parsley
 coriander
 white, pink and black paper mix

Cut the spring onion and cook 2 min in avocado oil.

Add the wild rice and water, herbs and put the lid and cook 40 min .

After 40 min add black beans in the pan. Add some fresh herbs and sea salt flakes to taste.
