Potato Wedges and Roasted Carrots

 500 g purple and white potatoes
 250 g carrots
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 thyme
 garlic
 oregano

Preheat oven at 180 degree circulating heat..

Clean potatoes and carrots with baking soda and water and then cut them in halves and quarters.

Put them together with olive oil and herbs in a bowl and shake with hands.

Spread everything on a baking sheet and bake until crunchy , for 40-50 minutes.

Sprinkle with fresh herbs and taste it 🙂
